Telehealth appointments with our specialists – including cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and nurse consultants – are available for patients and families.
This service is especially beneficial for those living in rural and regional Victoria or interstate who need to consult with a cardiac specialist remotely.
Important: We recommend that your first appointment with your cardiac specialist takes place in person at the Victorian Heart Hospital.
Before your telehealth appointment
- Location: Appointments can be conducted at home, your workplace, or during a consultation with your GP.
- Confirmation: The Victorian Heart Hospital booking team will send an email to you or your GP/local healthcare provider with the appointment time and a link to join the video consultation.
